AJ Wears :: An Anorak

Rainy days and Mondays, right? I've always found that I'm in good spirit about rain if I'm A) sleeping in or B) wearing something bright and fun. Sure, this jacket came in more wearable colors like khaki and red and navy, but something about the fun yellow makes braving the wet streets just a little bit better.

Also a parking meter photo bombed half of my photos today, but look, the leaves are turning. I love a little color. PS - check out my rainy day collection on Pose if you need a little inspiration for any crap weather you may encounter.

AJ Wears :: A mustard blazer

Our California adventure continues! We were sad to leave the gorgeous weather in LA, but decided to take our rental car up the coast to San Francisco to end our trip - thankfully met with even more gorgeous weather. When I was packing for this trip, I knew I wanted to bring along a blazer, so I opted for a fun color that would layer well over my neutral pieces.

I also got a ton of wear out of these Abbie booties from JustFab - they're comfy and roomy enough for socks, which made them great walking shoes. I added up the steps and miles from FitBit for our week - I walked over 150,000 steps and 56 miles this week! We had to have a car in LA, but opted to walk almost everywhere (and use Uber in between) in San Francisco.

Today we went down to the Marina to watch an America's Cup  race and enjoy the sun. After, we walked to Haight-Ashbury to do a little vintage shopping, where I reluctantly turned down a vintage LV Speedy (still wondering if I made the right choice!).

Blazer, The Limited (similar at Limited again now!).
Top, Forever 21 (similar).

What I Wore :: To Visit JustFab

Hi friends! I'm currently chillaxing in California for a few days and wanted to share a few fun tidbits (and what I wore, of course) from my trip so far. I'm a brand ambassador for JustFab, and they invited us to come and be a part of their flagship store opening this weekend! The social media team had a great schedule lined up for us on Friday including a lunch and tour of the office, a few fun party games, and cocktails at the office bar (say what?).

 Hanging out in their photo studio. They do all shoots in house and this is where the magic happens.

Just a handful of the other wonderful BAs I got to meet! These girls are all just as passionate about JustFab as I am and most have been members for 2-3 years (and from the start!). We constantly talk about shoes and handbags online, so I felt like I practically knew them before we even met face to face. Lots of laughing happening all weekend, that's for sure.

And I mean...can you BELIEVE these offices?? There are shoes and bags everywhere! I don't know how anyone can concentrate. There was a BIT of a commotion when we walked by this giant wall full of preview prototypes. Don't put a bunch of new shoes in front of a group of women and don't expect them to drool a little.

 Matching flippy floppies for a crazy scavenger hunt at Manhattan Beach.

So far, it's been an amazing trip and I'm so glad I decided to come out and meet the girls and the team at JustFab. Being a BA for them has been such a fun experience so far and I'm hoping to continue for many years to come. Tomorrow I'll be sharing more on the actual store opening!
