AJ Wears :: A Brush Print Tank

Yo, blog world! I'm fresh off a weekend in Dallas and ready to tackle this week in style. Guh, I sound like the world's most petty life coach. Anyway, I picked up these pants last week before my trip and they were the PERFECT traveling pants. They're slouchy, cool and comfy. When we were shopping in Dallas on Friday, everything I tried on looked great with them - including this cool brush print tank from H&M.

AJ Wears :: Printed Track Pants

I know you thought you'd never see these ridiculous pants again. That I bought them to blog and then they'd live in the back of my closet forever. Well, you were wrong. They're comfy like pajama pants and even if they look ridiculous, I somehow feel the slightest bit cooler than I actually am in them. I don't know if I'll ever venture out of my comfort zone and wear them with anything but black or white, but they definitely make my workday a little more fun!

Pants, 5/48 via Saks Off Fifth (exact - I'm wearing M but wish I'd bought S).
Shirt, ABS Platinum (similar if you like the sheer - similar if you like the shape).
Heels, c/o JustFab (exact sans subscription from Heels.com - with removable fringe!).
Glasses, Karen Walker via Bib+Tuck (exact).

I'm not gonna try and explain these pants. Every so often, I buy something that I truly love but feel the need to explain to other people why I bought them. And after the incident with the cheetah diaper pants of 2012, you'd think I'd never buy into the current "track pants" trend that seems to be going around right now, but I'm a crazy person, okay? I felt a little bit like an extra in The Devil Wears Prada today and I'm totally okay with that.

Pardon my wrinkles. I can't be bothered to steam my pants during my lunch break. I rarely have time to even sit down and EAT during my lunch break. We'll call this working girl style.
