AJ Wears :: A Burgundy Vest

Did anyone manage to snag something from Balmain x H&M craziness this morning? I'd been strongly contemplating one of the jackets, but the website decided to save me some money by being down most of the morning. I spent a good part of my morning watching crazy people videos on Instagram. Y'all, fashion people are nuts. I've decided instead to focus on finding a great similar jacket, either used Balmain or from a small funky designer no one has ever heard of. Because $500 on anything from H&M is ROUGH.

In other news, this Topshop vest was a hit. I'm seriously impressed with the quality, so I'll be exploring Topshop more often now. I have a few items from there, but this piece really raised the bar.

AJ Wears :: Junk Food

Remember the other day when I wrote about fashion fun? Today's shirt is a GREAT example of fun, nonsense fashion. Why would one ever need a shirt with junk food all over it? Well, if one is like myself, they already own several shirts with junk food on them thanks to a certain knack for clumsiness. This shirt is decidedly better, as it brazenly displays junk food on purpose.

Shirt, c/o SheIn (exact).
Overalls, Current Elliot (similar from Shoptiques).
Sneakers, Topshop (similar from Fergalicious and yes I feel ridiculous even typing that).
Bag, Kate Spade (almost identical from Forever 21).

AJ Wears :: Floral Pants

It's safe to say I'm on outfit auto-pilot right now. If I can't think of anything to wear, it's ankle pants + swingy top. And for the most part, I'm okay with that. Anyone have any tips or tricks they use when you can't think of anything to wear?

Top, Topshop (almost exact, ie the latest version).
Pants, Target (similar from XXI, love these from ASOS).
Necklace, BaubleBar (exact).
Shoes, Aldo (similar).
Bag, Alexander Wang.
