What I Wore :: JustFab Flagship Store Party

So excited to share a few photos from the JustFab flagship store opening party at the Glendale Galleria! We had a blast just hanging out and getting up close and personal with the products we've been lusting after online. This party had it all - male models serving cake pops, Kimora Lee Simmons, a step & repeat (which is like...a backdrop you take pictures in front of, let's be real). And I wore this Limited romper and belt with my favorite barbie pumps (Kellie from JF).

Little sneak peek of the store. I spotted a few things I absolutely needed after seeing them in person, but I'm happy to report I refrained from buying something I'd have to tote back. I picked up, touched, tried on and then ordered online. You wouldn't believe how much easier it is to decide on something when you can see it right in front of you. SO glad I don't live anywhere close!

Kimora welcoming us all to her new store - she's like, mega tall. I mean, I knew that, but...whoa.

Thanks to JustFab for inviting us to the opening...and if y'all live in the area, check it out! It's a pretty store. And I like pretty things. I also like writing like a four year old, apparently. Pony. Hot Dog. Whee!

Now, lest you worry I'm going all Hollywood, bumping elbows with the reality tv star and minor movie character elite, I'll share with you that I fell down a flight of stairs right in front of the store. So, to say I'm still "well grounded" would be more than accurate, it would be a punchline. And for those of you keeping score - that's the third time in a week, as I also fell at the airport. Time to get checked for vertigo, Lucille Austero.

What I Wore :: To Visit JustFab

Hi friends! I'm currently chillaxing in California for a few days and wanted to share a few fun tidbits (and what I wore, of course) from my trip so far. I'm a brand ambassador for JustFab, and they invited us to come and be a part of their flagship store opening this weekend! The social media team had a great schedule lined up for us on Friday including a lunch and tour of the office, a few fun party games, and cocktails at the office bar (say what?).

Hanging out in their photo studio. They do all shoots in house and this is where the magic happens.

Just a handful of the other wonderful BAs I got to meet! These girls are all just as passionate about JustFab as I am and most have been members for 2-3 years (and from the start!). We constantly talk about shoes and handbags online, so I felt like I practically knew them before we even met face to face. Lots of laughing happening all weekend, that's for sure.

And I mean...can you BELIEVE these offices?? There are shoes and bags everywhere! I don't know how anyone can concentrate. There was a BIT of a commotion when we walked by this giant wall full of preview prototypes. Don't put a bunch of new shoes in front of a group of women and don't expect them to drool a little.

Matching flippy floppies for a crazy scavenger hunt at Manhattan Beach.

So far, it's been an amazing trip and I'm so glad I decided to come out and meet the girls and the team at JustFab. Being a BA for them has been such a fun experience so far and I'm hoping to continue for many years to come. Tomorrow I'll be sharing more on the actual store opening!

AJ Wears :: A black and white blazer

I love blazers. I've always had a thing for them, but my obsession got out of hand after working at The Limited and I started a pretty extensive collection. It might be weird to have 6 different black blazers, but each one has different little details. Anytime I find a blazer with something unique about it, I usually buy it. This one was a steal on super clearance so I got it for like, $10. I love the black and white color blocking. It makes it a little funky.

New wedges from JustFab - I adore this color and thought they were too fun to pass up! They rub a little on the heels though, so I might need to put some moleskin in if I'm planning on walking a lot. I did today. It was a little unpleasant.

Why so dressed up, you might ask? After a week of wearing sweatpants and rolling around in a sickly manner, I suspect BB invited me to lunch just so he could see me in real clothes and make up (and with freshly brushed hair). I'm finally recovering from what I assume was some sort of mutant cold so I met him downtown for a french dip and some iced tea. I also had a business meeting this afternoon that could lead to some fun career opportunities! My line of work always leads to surprising things.
